I am passionate about infusing creativity and storytelling throughout the research process, from the tone used to question participants, to the design and layout of the story behind the research results – because I strongly believe that engaged respondents give better feedback, and engaged stakeholders are more willing to act on it.

I honed my research skills at Ducker Worldwide, Research International, Ipsos Vantis, and Vision Critical, before founding Creative Insight Services in 2013.  I have spent all of my professional life in the San Francisco Bay Area, after earning a BBA in Marketing and studying Art History at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.

Who Is Creative Insight Services?

I'm Shelly Rose, founder of Creative Insight Services and a veteran customer insights professional with 15 years of experience in primary qualitative and quantitative market research.  In my past life as a supplier side market researcher, I worked mostly with Fortune 500 technology, consumer electronics and financial services companies.  Now, I've had the opportunity to venture into other areas, including media, consumer goods, education, healthcare and transportation, to name a few.  And if a small startup or entrepreneur says, "Here's what I need to understand.  Can you help?”, I'm all over it.
